Nice soft tones in the background really make the subject stand out well. I did one with teeth a while back that turned out good as well :-)

Every time I convince myself that I have nothing around the house worth shooting, you two come along and show me how unimaginative I am. :) Very nice shot. As has already been said, the background tones really make the subject stand out.
