Wow. There are a lot of things I like about this shot. The light, the framing, the sharpness of the eyes and the motion of the wings. Overall, a very impressive capture! This is shot I would expect to so in a wildlife magazine.

P.S. If you need somebody to babysit that lens for while .... just saying. ;)
